Preliminary Garden Plan
This is a proposed garden sketch based on an existing site plan or measurements taken by the designer. It includes a rough layout of hardscapes (patios, walks and structures) and planting areas. It also includes suggestions for the materials to be used in the hardscapes and planting areas. Designer to provide photos of plant options (or arrange for nursery visit) at this time. Clients to review and critique this conceptual drawing with the designer prior to the production of:
Final Garden Plan
This is a complete, detailed master plan upon which the actual garden construction is to be based. It includes the precise layout of the hardscapes and planting areas and the final choices for all materials. An additional plan for irrigation and/or drainage is also available.
